Our Inversina Tumbler Mixer series use inversion kinematics for mixing solids or liquids.
This astonishing three-dimensional inversion motion (Paul Schatz principle) combines a figure-of-eight, rotating movement and a rhythmic, pulsating motion.
This technique is much more reliable than the techniques used for barrel mixers, v-blenders, double cone blenders or ribbon mixers, which have segregation zones and longer mixing and cleaning times.
These Tumbler Mixers are utilized wherever representative and reproducible mixtures of powders or liquids and emulsions need to be prepared with extreme care in the shortest possible time.
High quality mixtures are obtained, without segregation effects, independent of the concentration of mixture components and the density, size or shape of the particles.
The Inversina enables hygienic, emission-free mixing in closed, rapidly interchangeable containers - without product carry-over and complicated cleaning work.
Applications
Deburring, dispersion, dissolving, drying, emulsification, extraction, gas treatment, grinding, mixing, polishing, polymerization, potentizing, sample preparation, solid state fermentation, suspension, tumble finishing, washing out.
